Excursion to Oerlikon Metco in Switzerland

Last week, members of the TUM-Oerlikon Advanced Manufacturing Institute traveled to Wohlen in Switzerland to visit Oerlikon Metco. At this site, our partner works with the Hashtag#additivemanufacturing process Direct Energy Deposition (DED). They updated us on their project progess, gave insights to their work, and showed us their impressive workshops. We learned lots of new things and got some ideas for our projects.
