SAP@TUM Collaboration project New Approaches to Vehicle Routing

current-news |

The TSL Conference focuses on transportation science and logistics and takes place triennially. This year, it took place at Loyola University in Chicago on July 23 – 26. The 161 presentations covered topics including facility logistics, freight transportation and logistics, intelligent transportation systems, and urban transportation planning. At the TSL conference, our researcher Christoph Kerscher presented part of his research of our SAP@TUM Collaboration project New Approaches to Vehicle Routing. His talk "A scalable clustering-based heuristic for large-scale real-time vehicle routing problems" focused on data-driven decomposition methods to enable fast and efficient solutions of large and complex routing scenarios.
