On November 23, we had the first SAP@TUM Collaboration Day which was celebrated at the Garching campus of the Technical University of Munich. 

This day celebrated the long-standing research collaboration between SAP and the TUM, where selected projects were presented to a wider circle of interested parties. 

We were fortunate to welcome the TUM president Prof. Dr. Thomas F. Hofmann, the Executive Board of SAP SE Thomas Saueressig as well as more than 100 professors and SAP colleagues on site. More than 400 participants tuned in online. 

Eight of the joint applied research projects between SAP and Technical University of Munich presented their project scope and first exciting research results. The talks revolved around research in the areas of “Sustainable Supply Network & Finance” and “Digital Transformation”.
