On Friday 2nd of December 2022, the Absolventenfest/graduation ceremony of the TUM Department of Informatics took place. 

After 2 years of COVID-19 situation, it finally happened onsite with a couple of selected prize winners, speakers, and a great band on location, and most of the graduates together with their family and friends. 

Dr. Eichin Rüdiger and Dr. Marilena Leichter gave the laudation for the winner of the SAP Student Award, an award given for an excellent and innovative master thesis in the field of informatics. 2022’s awardee was Radu Vintan with his thesis “Approximation Algorithms for Loop-free Updates in Software-Defined Networks“.
