SAP was the gold sponsor of this year’s Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Conference (MSOM) that took place in Munich between June 26-28 2022.

Researchers from the best universities and business schools in the world presented their work in the area of operations research and management of supply chains, inventory, and services. There were also talks focusing on retail, healthcare, or methodological approaches such as machine learning.

Eva Ramaj, a former TU Munich student and currently a software developer at SAP, was given the opportunity to attend the conference. She also met up there with Dr. Katharina Wollenberg, Industry-University Collaboration Lead at SAP Labs Munich.
